Browser and System Recommendations

For best performance, we recommend the 64-bit version of the latest modern, standards-based browsers:

  • Chrome

  • Firefox

  • Microsoft Edge

  • Safari


For desktop browsers, it is recommended to have at least 8 GB system memory and modern graphics hardware for both 2D and 3D.

Mobile devices should have a minimum of 2GB of RAM (4 GB recommended), a powerful multi-core processor and graphics card, and the latest Android or iOS version installed.

If you are experiencing unexpected behavior on our website, we ask that you try the following:

  • Clear your browser cache.
  • Load the site in InPrivate or Incognito mode or in another supported browser.
  • Make sure your browser and your operating system have the latest updates.
  • Use one of the browsers recommended above, as certain website functions may not be supported by the Internet Explorer (IE) browser.
