Financial Reporting Supervisor Under direction of the Deputy Financial Officer, the Financial Reporting Supervisor is responsible for both internal and external financial reporting, including regulatory filings; responsible for technical accounting leadership, implementation of accounting policies across the County, and compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP); plays a key role in the Auditor's efforts to implement new technology in order to improve the timeliness and accuracy of financial reporting processes and improve financial reporting deliverables; collaborates with the staff by developing and providing reports of relevant historical data for various financial forecasting tools; performs other related duties as required. Transfer & Conveyance Representative Under general supervision of the Transfer & Conveyance Supervisor, the Transfer & Conveyance Representative documents the transfer of properties and maintains the Auditor’s parcel numbering system; manages subdivision and condominium plats, as well as property combinations and splits; performs other related duties as required. Tax Incentives Specialist Under the general supervision of the Tax Incentives Supervisor, the Tax Incentives Specialist performs a variety of duties in the area of tax incentives (Exemptions/Real Estate, Abatements & Public Utilities, TIF and CAUV  Parcels); prepares and maintains property records in the CAMA and Tax systems; maintains the values, documents and spreadsheets relating to Public Utility, Railroad, Community Reinvestment Areas (CRA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and Enterprise Zone (EZ) abated parcels; aids nonprofit corporations in obtaining tax exemption from real estate taxes; processes new TIF applications; performs other related duties as required.
