| Appraisal Director |
Under administrative direction of the Deputy Chief of Staff – Real Estate, the Appraisal Director is responsible for all real estate valuations made in house by appraisal staff as well as all appraised values made by contract Appraisers; responsible for oversight and planning of the annual maintenance projects as well as the six year Sexennial Reappraisal and the third year Triennial Update valuations; responsible for management and oversight of the appraisal division; basic understanding of tax incentives such as TIF’s, Exemptions, Abatements and the CAUV processes; performs other related duties as required. This position is privy to confidential information and performs a variety of fiduciary tasks for the Auditor’s Office. |

| Senior Fiscal Systems Administrator |
Under general supervision of the Deputy Financial Officer, the Senior Fiscal Systems Administrator is responsible for the system administration and operational assistance for the County’s accounting software system (Enterprise ERP); serves as back-up for other fiscal systems including the HRIS system; performs other related duties as required. |
