New Web Dashboard to Show Home Sales Down to the Neighborhood Level

A new, highly-localized real estate web dashboard that shows recent home sales on a GIS map down to the neighborhood level was unveiled by Franklin County Auditor Michael Stinziano Wednesday.

The new Real Estate Sales Dashboard shows the most recent month’s total sales amount, median sale price, and the number of sales, and can be displayed by municipality, school district, or area commission. It will give homeowners a better sense of sales activity in their neighborhoods, and also features a map showing every property sale in the selected area over the past month.

“With this innovative resource the Franklin County Auditor’s office is empowering homeowners and consumers with well-presented, local information about home sales in their neighborhood,” Stinziano said. “We’re using technology to bring the Auditor’s office into the 21st century to best serve Franklin County residents.”

The dashboard is optimized for both desktop computers and mobile devices, and will be updated monthly.

It is available now https://www.franklincountyauditor.com/SalesDashboard
